Society of Autism Families On a Journey to Formula E

A large number of people with autism joined last Friday the audience who enjoyed watching Formula E races, accompanied by Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Farhan Al Saud, Chairman of the Society of Autism Families for the event and in a joint organization from the General Sports Authority, the Society of Autism Families, and Formula-E with the assistance of a number of Volunteers.
Prince Saud explained that the Society was a race to take advantage of this important event to give autistic people an opportunity to attend the races and watch them as natural persons, especially since the Formula E electric racing cars are low noise which makes them very suitable for autistic people and added that "SAF believes that those who suffer from autism spectrum disorders They constitute an important segment of society, and they must obtain appreciation, interest and care. Such qualitative sporting events constitute an important opportunity to raise awareness of their needs in society, where organizers and volunteers contributed to obtaining an enjoyable experience while attending the race for the first time.
Prince Saud extended his sincere thanks and gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Saud and the General Authority for Sports team for giving people with autism this opportunity to attend this important event for the first time, and thanks for the leadership of the Formula-E team for the support they provided to ensure that autistic people get the best possible experience.
Last week, a strategic partnership agreement was signed between the Society of Autism Families represented by Prince Saud, Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, and Formula E represented by its Chairman, Mr. Alejandro Agag, and the agreement aims to enable Formula-E as an international organization to present a number of its social responsibility programs in the Kingdom.
Mr. Alejandro Agag expressed his happiness with what has been accomplished by saying that Formula-E is happy to play a positive role that adds to the Saudi society through the agreement that was signed, and he made it clear that Formula-E and besides being an organization with an international level in the field of sports, but it is also An organization that offers many social programs that it aspires to implement in Saudi Arabia as part of the bid for the country that embraced Formula E races.
Both parties hope that this strategic agreement will achieve its goals and open the way for more opportunities to reach multiple segments of society and assimilate them to current and upcoming activities.
The Society of Autism Families has provided its services to people with autism and their families since its founding 11 years ago.
