In a move aimed at strengthening cooperation in raising awareness and community support, the Association signed a memorandum of understanding with the Human Rights Commission, represented by the Chairman of the Association's Board of Directors, His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Farhan Al Saud, and the President of the Commission, Her Excellency Ms. Hala bint Mazid Al-Tuwaijri. The memorandum aimed to promote cooperation in several areas, most notably the organization of workshops and lectures to raise community awareness of autism spectrum disorder, enabling the Association to submit human rights reports directly to the Commission, coordinating between the two parties for international participation in the field of human rights, participating in events, activities, and forums organized by both parties, and focusing on programs and seminars that benefit individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families, particularly by providing mutual advice based on available expertise in all areas related to autism spectrum disorder.
