The Saudi Autism Families Association held a charity auction in partnership with Formula E, which included a display of jewelry, cars, horses, and works of art, the proceeds of which go entirely to the association.
The famous American actor Adrien Brody, who is also a painter, donated a painting of his work at the auction dedicated to the Autism Families Association, and its price reached $275,000, among the works offered at the auction.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society, Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Farhan, stated, “By organizing these charitable auctions, we aim to achieve sustainability in the services provided to people with autism in the Kingdom through an innovative charitable model, with the participation and humanitarian inspiration of all members of society, regardless of their fields.”
Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Farhan stressed the importance of the association’s participation as a strategic partner in the global sporting event, stressing, “Since our founding in 2009, we have made a commitment to children and youth with autism and their families. This commitment is in line with the ambitious 2030 Vision that seeks to improve the quality of life for all members of society.” "
