Proceeding from the role of the social responsibility of the Autism Families Association to participate in the international days, it was keen to hold many activities and events for its children in various branches, as it did the International Walking Day at the headquarters of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Club in Riyadh with the participation of His Highness the Chairman of the Board of Directors, based on the association’s objectives in integrating Her children with autism spectrum disorder and their families in the community.
It also did the International Kidney Day, Down Syndrome, Happiness, International Women's Day and Mother's Day, in addition to the International Day of Social Work, with the participation of specialists in the field to introduce the services provided by some parties through the Society's Snapchat platform.​
